Body Image

I have been talking to some friends lately about weight loss. The advice I give them is simple. The more you move and less you eat = weight loss. The more you eat and less you move = weight gain. That is the basic principal. I also think we need to love our bodies at every stage they are in, for women especially. Our bodies are always changing. From growing changes to puberty to womanhood to motherhood to grannyhood. Are bodies are going to change in each of these phases and instead of hating our bodies we should learn to love our bodies and our body shape. We feel like there is this standard of our bodies have to look like Barbie and that is not how we are created. Each body is created different and we should embrace our differences. Learn to love your differences. Another is we have lost the good ole home cooked meals.
